TENDER STEWED MEAT
(Ultra Easy and Good!!!)

1 steak - cut in cubes
1 stick of celery - diced
1-2 Bay Leaves
1 large can (29 oz. aprox.) diced tomatoes - HERB AND SPICES
Salt / Pepper (to taste)

Cook on top of stove (let simmer to boil) for aprox. an hour, stirring every now and then. Cook till the meat is tender and the celery is cooked.  Serve with rice or mashed potatoes. 

This is the "Basic Recipe". You can be creative and add garlic, onions, mushrooms, etc. 

And I can pretty well guarantee that even if you use a tough cut of steak, the meat will be soooo incredibly tender!!!
