1 TBSP Garlic Powder
1 TBSP Paprika
4 TBSP Coarse Steak Spice
2 tsp dried Thyme
2 tsp Oregano
1-1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp crushed Chili
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
Olive Oil (to brush sides of steak)

Mix altogether. Brush both sides of steak with Olive Oil and then both sides with spices. Let marinade for at least 20 minutes, before you barbecue.

TIP: Buy just the right amount of spices at your local "Bulk Barn", in case of waste.
