Precook - (in a frying pan):
1/2 cup of celery and/or onions, in butter.
Add your precooked celery/onions to:
1/2 cup of seafood juice (left over "juice" from cooking your shrimp, crab, etc.
1/2 cup of cream (35%) - NOTE: you can even put milk, instead.
5 tbsp of flour
1/2 cup of "Cheese Whiz"
Filet of sole or haddock (approx. 1/2 cup)
Cook this mixture on top of the stove, until the filet/haddock is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
"Bread" dough is the best, for this pizza.** Spread out your pizza dough on a 20" pizza pan, like you would a regular pizza.
Toppings for the pizza:
Add RAW scallops (cut in 1/2, if too big)
lobster, shrimp, crab meat, etc.
Then, add your "sauce".
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese or cheddar or both.
Cook like a regular pizza - 425 degrees for approx. 20 minutes or so.
There should be enough "sauce" to cover a 20" pizza.
** NOTE: We buy our frozen "pizza dough" from our local bakery. It's actually bread dough that they bag and sell as "pizza dough". You can always make your own bread dough, but this would save you time and money.
