POTATO SCALLOP (MICROWAVE)

3 TBSP Butter
2 TBSP Flour
Tsp. Salt
Cup Milk (aprox.)
Pepper (to taste)
4 TBSP Parmesan Cheese
 
Mix and cook in the microwave: 10 minutes – HIGH, uncovered.
Stir 2 ou 3 times. Once finished,
 
Combine with mixture:
4 Cups Potatoes sliced (" thick)
2 TBSP onions
 
Cook in microwave: 20 minutes – HIGH, partially covered with Saran Wrap (or plastic).
Stir several times. Let sit for 5 minutes and then serve.
