EASY PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE
Source: Me!

You will need a rectangular pan or a round "quiche" pan.

1 white SINGLE cake mix
butter or margarine 1/2 cup (approx.)
Pineapple rings (from a can)
Pineapple juice (left over)
Red Cherries (from a bottle)

Pre-heat oven (350 degrees). Place margarine in your pan. Melt the margarine in your oven (that is pre-heating). Once melted, take out the pan and rotate the pan so that your margarine coats the sides. Place pineapple rings, to cover the bottom of the pan. Place red cherries in the middle of these "rings". Set aside.

Mix your cake mix, as the directions tell you. Replace the "liquid" portion with your pineapple juice.

Pour the cake mixture on top of your pineapple rings.

Cook for 1/2 hour to 1 hour, at 350 degrees.

Enjoy!
