LOVE SALAD

SALAD:
2 Cups of cooked and cooled rice (Uncle Ben's)
1 Bag of uncooked spinach (shredded by hand – bite-sizes)
celery
1 green pepper

Sliced "fresh" mushrooms
Green chives or onions
1/3 Cup golden raisins (or brown)
Cashews

Chow Mein Noodles (to sprinkle on top, before serving)

SAUCE:
Cup Soya Sauce
to Cup Oil
1 Clove of garlic

Mix Salad ingredients together in a big bowl. Mix Sauce ingredients in a Smaller container. This sauce is better after "sitting" in the refrigerator overnight.

Only use as much "Sauce", on the "Salad" as you will be eating, for your meal. Sprinkle Chow Mein Noodles on top, before serving.
