HUMUS

1 can of chick peas - well rinsed and drained
4 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

 

Mix well in food processor or blender... until smooth.  Nice and spicey!
