Small Submarine bread (6") or French bread

Garlic Butter

Grated Parmesan cheese

 

Cut your bread in "quarters" - on the length.

Spread Garlic Butter on 2 sides (on the "white" part - not the crusty sides)

Place on cookie sheet or pizza pan.

Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese

 

Cook for 15 - 20 minutes at 350 degrees, until nice and "golden".

 

NOTE:

Could be served with pasta, with soup or as an hors d'oeuvre.

We usually make them to dip into the leftover mushroom juice, when we make "Stuffed Mushrooms".
