CHRISTMAS SHORTBREADS

4 Cups margarine (softened)
2 Tbsp. icing sugar
4 Cups flour

Mix with electric beater.   Form little balls. Place on  non greased cookie sheet and poke little holes, with your forefinger, on the top of each cookie. 

Cook at 400 degrees, on highest grille (in the oven). Let cool down. 

Put a “dab” of frosting on top of each cookie, where your finger left a print. Decorate with sprinkles or pieces of red or green cherries.
