Gilbert realized, this morning before heading off to work, that there were a couple spots where the flooring "bounced", when we walked over it.

Not a good thing.

Right after work, he got changed into working clothes and took out the countless screws on one of the boards, re-shimmed the flooring and with a lot of "special" words, re-aligned the board and placed it back in it's place.

No pictures were taken today.
