Day 13 (Friday - 27 July 2007) |
Friday, right after work, Gilbert and I head down to our "wood" store. Picked up another bundle of supplies - this time, 18 - 2" X 3"boards and a bunch of electrical plates. The funny thing, is that we're in the middle of a heat wave (near 100 degrees F. - hot for our part of the world) and Gilbert buys one of those in-the-wall heaters and a big bundle in pink insulation! LOL
We'll be needing it, come this winter! *s* |

As soon as we got home, Gilbert got changed into work clothes, removed the plaster, in the corner of the ceiling, and nailed in 3 boards. Yes, that's a fan, in the window!
Here's Gilbert hammering away at that darn plaster.... What a mess that
makes!
Here's a better picture. Hot and dusty - you can see that he's dressed as "Rambo", again! LOL
Edge of the plaster (near ceiling) is removed.
At this point, it's almost 8 o'clock... I had helped him with the
sweeping up of that crappy plaster and dust, on the floor. It's HOT and DUSTY and he decides to call it a night. Don't blame him! *s* Off to the showers, for the both of us... Tomorrow is another day. *s*
